Registration Policies

Early Bird Discounts. Your credit card will be charged the early bird price as long as the form is received before close of business on the early bird deadline and includes all of the appropriate information.  Discounts/priority codes will be honored with the appropriate code. [Does not apply to Smarter Worm Promo Prices]

Group Discounts. Register 3 people from your company and bring 4. Group discounts are valid only on Full conference Summit & Workshop passes only and must be paid in full by May 14, 2010. All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). To get the group discount rate, please fill out four off-line forms and fax to 206-260-3616. For further support, call 206-226-7224.

Educator and Volunteer Scholarships. A limited number of Educator discounts and student scholarships are available for registered students and educators. We also have some opportunities for volunteers at the event. For inquiries, please contact stacie@nextgentoday.com.

Hardship Scholarships. Tight Budgets? Inquire about our "Diet pricing" that let's you lunch off-site and removes the cost of lunch from your fee. Send your inquiry to register@nextgentoday.com.

Refund and Cancellation Policy. Conference cancellations with refund will be accepted, less a $50 processing fee, if in writing and received no later than May 3, 2010. Please fax your cancellations request to 206-260-3616 or email to a register@nextgentoday.com. Registrations submitted after May 3, 2010 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please fax your substitution request to 206-260-3616 or email to register@nextgentoday.com no later than May 28, 2010. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows.

NextGen Today reserves the right to rescind any registration and, in that event, will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of the Community Energy Roadmap Series are subject to change.

Registration Limitations. Event is open only to registered participants and is not open to the public. NextGen Today reserves the right to make changes to the program and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first come, first seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted in the meeting rooms at any time during the Community Energy Roadmap events.
