Thank you for your interest in Community Energy Roadmap Events. The conference series will be a nexus of municipal executives, policy makers, utilities and solution providers across the country.
Nextgen events media registration will open to working journalists with commercial news organizations, recognized industry bloggers and media websites.
A full media badge will allow entry to the event and any exhibits, keynotes and conference tracks. For some events, exhibits-only media badges will also be issued. All press will have access to our press conferences and the pressroom including Internet access.
Limited on-site media registration will be available and we highly recommend that you register in advance. Press who register and are unable to attend are asked to update us with that information so that we can allow in other press on the waiting list.
At some locations we will have a Bloggers area that will be available throughout the event, for use by industry bloggers that have been previously been approved.
Due to high media interest and limited space, we request that each media outlet complete an on-line form for press credentials that includes the following information:
Identify which event you would like to attend
Outlet requesting press credentials
Person’s Name
Title
Media outlet
Address; phone number; email address; and URL
Equipment you will be bringing (still camera, television camera, etc.)
Any special needs you require, including specific interview requests or story angles
Any other information that would be helpful in considering your request, such as circulation, demographics, etc.
Our press representative will review your credentials and notify you within 10 days by email if you are approved or need to submit further information.
Please note: Requests from freelancers on assignment must include name and contact information for their assigning editor and outlet.
